Remember when “salads” consisted of Jell-O, cottage cheese, and canned fruit? So do I. And this collection is a doozy. All of your favorites are here: Beans with Tuna Salad, Tuna Twirl, Fan-Tans, Cartwheels, Floating Island Salad, and something called Helen’s Tossed Salad Superb which made me giggle.

Sections include Those Fruitful Salads, Molded Salads, Frozen Salads, Some Like it Hot, and Dressings That Make a Salad. There’s even a section for The Great Green Salad if you wanna call yourself a hippie ;)

Classic recipes for potato salad and coleslaw are included. Perfect for your next Mad Men-themed picnic! Need a Pineapple Cottage Cheese Loaf or Spicy Peach Cranberry Ring for your next potluck? They’re here too.

68 pages; 6 x 8.5 inches; 1958.

Condition: Very Good. Slight wear on bottom right corner, light staining, a few pencil marks.

$12.00 at edacious on Etsy.
